- Selected Major Field of Study
- Completed FAFSA Application - U.S. students only
- SAT1/ACT Test Scores Requested
- High School/Secondary Transcript
- High School/Secondary Transcript Translation - Required for non-English originals only
- Letter of Recommendation #1
- Letter of Recommendation #2
- Essay
- TOEFL/IELTS Test Results Required for non-native English language speakers only
- $100.00 (USD) Non-Refundable Application Fee
- Signed disclosure
In addition to the items above, transfer students must also include the following to complete the application:

- Academic Transcript Translation - Required for students wishing to transfer credit from non-U.S. universities only

A student interested in applying to Marist College should rank in the top half of their graduating class and hold a recalculated average of 3.3 (89) or better. The quality and difficulty level of each class is taken into account as well. Leadership qualities and high school activities are also important. Candidates should meet the following minimum requirements*:
- 4 years of English
- 3 years of Science
- 3 years of Math
- 2 years of Social Sciences
- 1 year of American History
- 2 years of a foreign language
* The minimum requirements for international candidates will be reviewed on a case by case basis.
INTERNATIONAL STUDENT REQUIREMENTS
English Proficiency Exams
If English is not your first language, or primary language spoken, you must provide results from an English Language Proficiency Exam. Below please see the minimum requirements.**
TOEFL (Test of English as a Foreign Language)
- Paper Based Test 550+
- Computer Based Test 213+
- Internet Based Test 80+
IELTS (International English Language Testing System) 6.5+
Scores must official scores, less than two years old, and be sent direct from official testing agency.
** Exemptions from the English Language testing requirement may be requested with other proof of language proficiency on a case by case basis.
Academic Transcripts
Official original transcripts or official certified true copies of academic records are expected. If your transcripts are not in English, certified true translations must be attached.
